All conference participants need to register here and pay the registration fees.

Conference fees are paid through wire transfer to the National Bank of Greece (080) Account Holder: National Technical University of Athens, SWIFT CODE: ETHNGRAA, IBAN: GR3201100800000008000516164, Justification (this is critical) : 62404000_Surname, Initials. Bank (both domestic and foreign) and wire transfer charges may apply which should be paid in addition to the Registration fees. The registration amount must be received net in our Bank account (expenses OUR and not SHA). Detailed bank account information is also available here. Sorry, credit card payments are not accepted. Papers whose fees are received by us after 10-September may not be presented orally at the Conference.

Conference Attendants and Full time students cannot participate in the social programme of the Conference (Welcome Reception and Gala dinner). Registrations which have not settled the conference fees within 5 working days or until the registration deadline (whichever comes first) will not be considered.

Conference Attendants receive only the Book of Abstracts and the programme of the conference.

* Only pre-selected papers whose camera ready version is submitted by the deadline and are orally presented at the Conference will be considered for publication in the Special issue of the Journal of Engineering, Project and Production Management.

** Paper publication refers to possible publication in the Journal of Engineering, Project and Production Management after blind review and physical defense at the conference. Papers not accepted in the Journal and/or virtually presented may still be published in the Book of Abstracts and the Proceedings of the Conference.

Please note that conference fees are the same for physical and virtual participation and include VAT (24%).
