  • If you have a full registration at the conference and you have not selected menu for the conference dinner, the vegetarian option is assumed.
  • Only full registrations are accepted at the social events of the conference. Sorry, guests are not allowed as places are not available.

The hotel is about 12 mins walk from the venue.

A strong recommendation is made to book your accommodation as early as possible as October is high season for Athens. More accommodation options can be found here.

VENUE

The conference will be held at the premises of Hellenic American Union (HAU) in central Athens (22, Massalias st., 106 80 Athens). HAU premises are within walking distance (8-13 mins) from PANEPISTIMIO Metro Station (M2-Red Line) and SYNTAGMA Metro Station (M2 - Red Line & M3 - Blue line).

From the Athens airport, you can reach HAU either by Metro (blue line towards SYNTAGMA), bus (X95 ‘Syntagma – Athens Airport Express’) or by taxi (cost around €35).
